Terrible bank, even their own complaints department lie to you on the phone (nothing against local branch but the company in general is disgraceful)

The best place to work....

Staff were excellent, took care of all my tasks on the day and couldnt have been more helpful with getting my mum get started with online banking.

I share the other contributors comments. As a bank Virgin is totally useless ( come back Clydesdale!).40 mins to answer the phone! I'm going to look elsewhere

Queen's Garden staff is ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL & FRIENDLY much better and clearer than automated telephone number or the home web site.
