I've been banking there for years and they have the most friendliest, knowledgeable staff s well as a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Their building is easily seen and busy, polite staff that bend over backwards to help you and of you have disabilities (Learning, physical, mental health issues) they can help you by making sure you are not overwhelmed with jargon. I never want to be without them or leave them...as they give me support and help whether in the brach, online, or over the phone.

I had a great experience here with the branch manager Iain who opened insight on how I could improve my daily spending/banking.

Absolutely Dreadful!!! Waited 20 minutes to pay a credit card two tellers on one helping a couple open an account and lots of other things, other dealing with someone who had issues with their service.. These customers should be taken aside and dealt with by someone else away from the counter so the long queue of customers can be dealt with, but that's the common sense approach. I have closed my accounts and now with HBoS Also apologising doesn't fix the problem because you wont do anything about it!
