    I came to open a bank account. I have the required documents but the person to verify the information left. I gave them a number, and they asked me to come after two days again. After I reached them, I found out that I should go through the same process; it seemed like I didn't come two days back, and again another appointment. Do they know how it works? I was upset when they said they would do the verification and call me if required! They did nothing. Hopefully, they understood they were coming walking from far to the bank, and one time, if they required any documents/verification or whatever from the customers, let them know and don't make them come many times for the same subject?

    Really unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly staff. I walked in to deposit a cheque and as I was walking down to the Branch I dropped my face mask on the dirty ground. I entered the bank, and saw a box of clean face masks. Naturally, I took one as my other one was dirty. A staff member lady with short hair and glasses shouted across the counter that the masks were for customers who did not have a mask..! I was embarrassed and shocked at the lack of respect, unprofessionalism and mannerisms of this women. I am still unclear why she felt the need to shout about this I front of other customers when I was LEGALLY taking a face mask? - when, correct me if I am wrong - it states on the door prior to entry Masks to be worn. I think this women needs more customer focus training, she is rude, and has no professionalism about her.
