        Much Better Than 'The Bank Of Scotland'. Friendly And Fast Service From All The Staff In This Branch. Any Issues They Tend To Sort Them Out Very Fast. Maybe 'Bank Of Scotland' Should Take A Leaf Out Of Their Book As That Bank Is Useless...

        Royal by name not loyal by service. Do not use better use Starling, monzo or Barclay's. This Bank belongs to NatWest group which is a worse Bank in England as heard. Tried their this wing RBS which is by name its royal and by service and online system it is not loyal at all. Registered then all approved then no text or email or letter. On app just shows "We'll be in touch shortly with an update on your account." Not even say how long will it take. The branch can't help as usual they do not have updates from online and they even cannot open an account. In India they got customer service who ask for all.personal details to check your account status. Madness.stay away from this insecure broken system Bank. Grocery shops apps are better than this bank's app.
