Bank of Scotland

I gave yous 1 star a few months ago but now im taking that away, ever since I open a bank here they block my card at everything my family sends me money they block it, I sneeze they block it. I just opened a account somewhere else but bank of scotland are investigating again well am investigating them on why there so terrible at answering questions without pushing blame

Went to auto bank on 21/04 about lunch time to get my parents who are on 12 wk isolation some cash to give to neighbours and myself for getting them shopping in, the lady in front of me stated outside auto bank wasnt working so I proceeded to follow her in to bank (social distancing) the woman operating the door asked why I was coming in I said to get money, she then walked over to her colleagues and stated out loud (guess what the light is on machine outside her colleague then explained to her its stopped working, I heard her say ohh has it) on her return to let the other lady out the door I commented ( guess what) the auto bank outside is not working she then said I know !! She was rude/ unprofessional/ and sarcastic especially made me and the other lady out to look like idiots, Im certainly glad I dont bank with you and never will
