Poor customer service! Even the manager is very impolite! Go inside the bank like youre attending a funeral! All the staff no smile not welcome you come and helpless! Dont waste time to banking with them , go to Bank of Scotland just opposite of them , you will feel different world, everyone very welcome you and smile and always want to help ! I had been banking with Tsb over 7 years but I had moved my bank to Bank of Scotland after many time of bad experiences!

If I could I would give 0 stars to this tsb bank located in Cameron toll. Terrible customer service they all seemed really bothered and didn't want to be there, no smiles and no help. I would rather travel further up town to the tsb up there as all the staff are friendly, helpful and nice. I use to frequent this bank in Cameron toll a couple of years ago and all the staff were lovely, I have never had any issues before until recently when all the staff have been changed. They were all impolite and just ignored my attention when I needed help with depositing money at the machine as it did not count the correct amount. I waited for help for 20-30 minutes and nobody had come to help all staff had just stared at me as I struggled and tried to get their attention. I do get that it was busy at the bank but not all the staff were occupied. I had to go up several times to ask for help and all of them had told me that they were busy and will be 2 secs which then turned into an eternity to a point that one of the customers standing in line had told the front desk that I needed help (which I am very thankful for) and the lady just looked at me and then continued to serve the next customer she just ignored me and didn't even try to get any of her colleagues to help. This is simply rude. What I found really funny was the fact that the staff members that had watched me standing at the machine needing help, they all had time to stand up and walk to another coleague to talk. The managers were really mean as well and ignored me after sometime of continuously going up and asking for help for the past 20 minutes a lady came to help. But nobody apologised for the wait or for the inconvenience. All the staff looked gloomy and unhappy to serve or talk to me which is not what a branch that is established should be showing to their customers. The customer service is so bad that they don't even know the basics to what good customer service looks like. I have never had customer services bad as this experience even McDonalds has better customer service. I really advice everyone else to travel the extra distance to the tsb up town if you choose to use this branch. But personally I am thinking of closing my account and just use another bank along with bank of Scotland which I already have an account with and they always have good customer service no matter how busy they are. Maybe the tsb in Cameron toll can go next door to bank of Scotland and learn a thing or too about the basics of good customer service.
