I've found myself trying to use the bankhub twice in a matter of weeks after never stepping in it before. First time I went in I had left my bank card in the car and was told I had to go and fetch it. In the time it took me to make a return trip to my car, the cashier had closed the place and put a sign in the window saying it would be shut while an engineer took down the wifi. At lunchtime after sending me to get my card. Today I tried to outfox them by turning up at 9am and guess what... there was a sign in the window saying the place would not open until 11:30 because an engineer was in. Hardly satisfactory service.

Welcoming and friendly service. Clean premises benefiting from level access. Never seems to be too busy (good thing) providing banking services at a time when banks are withdrawing from the High Street in a move to go digital

Established as part of an initiative to provide "community based access to cash", this staffed multi bank office provides cash withdrawals up to and limited to the maximum allowed from a standard atm. ATM already do this and there's one next door. Other services are available.

Been a few times to drop cash in: quick service and friendly staff. Hopefully the trial is made permanent.

I utilise the facilities of the bank Hub frequently and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. It is a great facility and is ideal for the community when we do not have a bank on the main street.
