        I had case problem on my acc... I asked them to help one of the man started but because was busy passed me the young man who wasn't professional. He asked first why you travelled and when He didn't understand He told me 'full of mind I pass the phone' because he didn't understand just phoned someone from the costumer service. They haven't solved my problem I needed it contact with the company more than 3 months take times and after pay back my money. Bank of Scotland costumer service equal with 0.
