Santander is a dreadful company!!! Their call centre staff, whilst friendly, are useless! tried for over an hour to get through...transferred 3 times and then on 4th attempt to transfer me, phone rang out!! AWFUL. Going to move bank now.

Well we're all trying to get back to normalish behaviour during these uncertain times. But it seems my business bank has decided not to accept all cash and is picky about some cheques?? What?? Then they tell us to go and stand in the post office queue because "they will accept the cash and cheques that we dont fancy handling " Three visits to this bank on the last three weeks have resulted in three trips to the post office?? I dont think this is good service from a buisness that deals in money
