        Cant be bothered to open on time. Thanks for completely messing my day up. Supposed to open at 9.30am - left at 9.43 - still not open. If I could give you zero stars I would.

        visited rbs in blairgowrie last week to pay in a check. poor customer service from the the teller in this branch. maybe the girl was having a bad day but was realy disapointed in the way she handled an elderley customer request. filled in an online complaints system . probably waisted 2 minutes of my life as i knew nothing would be done about this. i have been a rbs customer for 40+ years and im now seriously thinking about moving my bussiness elsewhere.
