        Opening hours are joke and to top it off today only contactless was available at the only cash machine, which again did not work. Only one star because you cannot post a comment without giving at least one star !!

        Don't request anything online from Santander. It will not arrive. Even after requesting 3 times. Branches are shut so your options are limited.

        IMHO DO NOT USE SANTANDER - Absolutely dreadful service. Can never get through on the phone for assistance and answers are not on their website. Called twice waited 45 minutes each time then cut off. Thank goodness Im trying to close the account.
