Susan and her staff are absolutely incompetent time wasters. They were very successful at motivating me to close the account with Bank of Scotland.

I was went to change my current account monthly statement generating date. Initially, no body responded and waited me for the long time. I approached the Manager, he is really helpful, and responded well. Few of the staff are responding well, and remaining staff should learn from them about how to responding to the customer queries.
