        Wouldnt let me lift my money had a driving licence and a passport with a pic of me on it but ma driving licence is at my old address and my passport has ran out of date and av lost ma bank card waiting in a new one but they wont let me lift anything at all place a joke

        This place might as well be closed down by whoever owns BoS! This branch is a crumbling shambles, the opening times keep changing, the staff seem to never be on hand when you walk in to the warehouse sized branch, and when they do decide to do a mr ben, whilst you are standing in the queue to see a teller, tablet in hand, font of NO KNOLEDGE, their customer service can more often than not range from very helpful to just being SERIOUSLY RUDE! any wonder this company is going out of business and going online because of staff like these witches!
