        Never enough staff, (although they are lovely) for the amount of customers that use this bank on a daily basis,can wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes it's bloody rediculous!!!!

        Useless, can't get to the bank during the day because I start early and finish late, Cora is no help whatsoever, you also have to wait ages for someone to answer, not that I've had someone to answer. RBS are the way NOT to do things.

        Horrendous waiting times, told to wait outside as claimed full and for social distance yet member of staff standing right next to a customer at machine, and was an empty seat, horrible attitude poorly run place, very slow, told to use machine for transactions, but previous experience was awful didn't read money and wanted to use manual system, but staff had major attitude, screens can't even see typing in pin, won't be back horrible place would give zero stars if could.
