        I share the other contributors comments. As a bank Virgin is totally useless ( come back Clydesdale!).40 mins to answer the phone! I'm going to look elsewhere

        I have been trying to contact this branch by email on and off for 18 months now....no response! And there does not seem to be a telephone number to use either! I live 20 miles away so emailing or telephone contact would be helpful...!

        I've been trying to get my account open for over a month and I've experienced nothing but incompetence. I have had no answers for anything unless I've gone into the branch, and I've already got a trust fund in my name, so surely it shouldn't be this difficult to get everything up and running. It's like their trying their hardest to mess up at every turn. If I ever actually get an account open, I will be changing my banking as soon an I can. Its shocking how poorly I've been treated.
