The lady named Sofia, was really sweet and nice. She helped me out quite a lot and gave me some advices which was really nice. This rarely happens.

Why does it smell like a public bathroom in their? Could really do with keeping the door open and some air fresheners.

Long queue so beware and after 2pm the counter service closes so you have to use the self service machines. So another brillant idea by the management of barclays.

Slow, unhelpful staff. Spend more time chatting to customers at the till than actually serving those in the queue. Not surprised this branch is closing - good riddance
