I usually use this branch regulary, in the morning, twice a month, i only do my banking at the machines but the Bank staff (Ladies) are always lovely and ready to help, thank you.

Such poor customer service and a branch that has limited facilities. I stood waiting for a customer representative for a hour to get money out and they advised they cant do that at this branch. Pointless and infuriating.

I received an email and went to query it. The staff member didn't really know the answer and suggested that I phone the bank. That was a waste of 2 hours on the phone!!
