        What a dreadful service customers get from Barclays these days. Had ordered Euros on the phone. Came to collect them. Oh no, the counters are no longer open on a Saturday.... The lady was quite apologetic, but It is simply not good enough...

        The cashier closes at 2 pm. Outside of secure machine use, this place has little purpose. If you ask for help with banking, phone numbers are generally given to placate. Answerable to it's own KPIs, not customer-centric (unless you are in their business catchment).
