        All these reviews of rude staff are justified. This is terrible customer service from Barclays and the staff need customer service training. I advise customers to change bank or go to another branch, avoid at all costs. Barclays: Please comment.

        The old ladies are always moaning and unhelpful its like they are 30 years behind. You can feel the Racism as you walk in to the store!
