Shuts at 3pm. The HSBC next door is still open at 5pm. Poor!

I wanted to find out if ATMs were available when the branch is closed. It would be great if you could indicate whether they are available outside working hours on your branch information about rather than simply referencing great detail about LGBT+ ratings or stating that the branch is closed on bank holidays (which is rather obvious). Can I suggest that you do that to save customers a potentially wasted journey? Thanks

Awful long queues with only one member of staff behind the tills at lunch. Other staff just milling around doing nothing but chatting.
