        I have soo many problems with the "equipment" at this branch. For example I was depositing money it wouldn't accept all my money and it even took some in and didn't return it. When I asked a member of staff I was told to leave the receipt for the stuck cash. I demanded my money so he went and came back with MY MONEY. Edit 4 years later, I closed my account ridiculously long queue (with only 1 cashier serving and other staff doing nothing) and the online forms do not work to close your account.

        Waiting 15 minutes at customer enquiry desk. Then the woman comes along and days won't be long then disappears for another 10 minutes.. I just wanna ask them a question
