Repeatedly disappointed and frustrated with my experiences at this Natwest branch- highly inconvenient as this serves as my only locally accessible branch. Rarely ever open, and when it is, expect queues of around a half hour to get to the desk. Upon reaching the desk, expect staff lacking the knowledge or willingness to help. Both the staff serving me and the manager they brought out, insisted on a course of action that was inaccurate and not legally necessitated, as delineated by any quick google search. As I have little choice other than switching banks completely, I look forward to the displeasure of visiting again.
