Metro Bank

This bank was great when it opened but is going down hill. Purely because of rude staff. Dont get me wrong there are 2 members of staff here who are actually very nice but the rest need new jobs because they should not be working with customers. Just rude, long que times, which I actually wouldn't mind if there was just some common decency at the end of it. But alas it is like dealing with children. Have moved bank this week. Just purely had enough of bad customer service.

The staff is extremely rude and lazy. Even is the is a lot of customers they still do nothing and just talk to each other causing hour long waits and lines. The magic coin machine never works and no is no sigh saying that to so you have to put money into it to see if it actually works. Overall this is the worst bank out the all staff members are brain dead and nothing ever works I highly recommend going to another one . Anything is better then metro bank.

I had problems with my account but it was sorta quickly and professionally by Maryam, she was amazing friendly kind, sweet helpful thank you she should get her Saturday off too

Worst branch ever. All staffs are lazy and slow . They dont have the courtesy to even speak nicely. Very Unprofessional.
