        Very rude person picked up the phone and answered "hello"a then went quiet. As a business your suppose to state the company name, when you say hello because some people are passed numbers without being told the company name, as in my case. When I asked the guy what company is this please he hang up on me, like are you for real. When I called back he didn't answer because he obviously knew who was calling back and just as well because I was fuming.
