        Slow, unhelpful staff. Spend more time chatting to customers at the till than actually serving those in the queue. Not surprised this branch is closing - good riddance

        Very bad staff, came to deposit check, and guy start to talk how I can deposit esy, and I tell him you are here for help and make your job, you no need to tell me how I make deposit, if I came here it's because I need help, and I informe bank about bad service

        Tried to draw cash out to make a large payment . The cashier told me as they were only a small branch they could only give me 2000 . When I visited another branch they said I could have a lot more . . I asked about transferring money to a moragage I have with another bank and when I said I would like to make a large payment I was told I have to pay 17.00 When I visited another branch I was told if you do it in 2 smaller amount each day there were no charges . Will not be using this branch again. The lady talked down to me as if I was stupid .
