        Went here today to collect some funds that I had ordered online. Omi was at the counter, unfortunately, I couldn't collect my $ as the card was in my Dad's name and it was a large amount. Even though I had his ID and passport. Omi suggested calling customer service, which I did. The advisor on the phone was really helpful they advised what I should do as there was no way my Dad and I could come back at the same time to collect the money. Anyway, it was authorised in the end with the help of Omi. Really great customer service.

        Dodgy and bad customer service by EMMANSAU (Euro exch advisor). He will trap u. I went there to get some Euro but That guy Did not mansion the charges and Add 3 extra in my receipt. Later I realised and give them a call and he said, he explained me but he didnt mention that he gonna charge me 3 extra. I Could have get 435 Euro but because of his cheating I got 430 Euro.. I was so upset.. I would recommend everyone that dont buy from Wandworth Euro Exchang..
