Majority of staff are great and helpful. Young sounding receptionist need to be taken off the phones. Pointlessly rude and blunt.

Excellent experience as ever. Oli was particularly helpful on the phone, and even called back having found some extra information regarding my referral.

I can't understand peoples complaints. This is one of the top GP surgeries around. They have worked through the pandemic admirably.

They are lovely but I ring and ring and ring and they never answer its pathetic I have a little one to get checked out and they dont flipping answer
