Shephall Health Centre

Very poor Systmonline online service, can't even make an non urgent appointment. Tried to call for non urgent appointment, but no option to choose for that category as the only option is for urgent appointment. Econsult is not working either from the surgery website. What a waste of time.

I'm really impressed by how proactive the practice is with keeping my medication up to date. They sent me a reminder to book a medication review a month in advance which I haven't had with GP surgeries in the past. Booking appointments is so much easier than it was with my previous GPs I also really appreciate how kind and helpful the reception staff are!

I've been with this surgery for the past 5 years and i am so happy that they finally hired great Dr Jack Hannah,because before it was only Dr Cormack who was helpful and knew his job. Now they have 2 amazing doctors and it's always a pleasure to deal with them.

dont book any appointments with Mr Hassan Khan. He is terrible and gave no advice. I took my mother Kulsoom janjua to the emergency appointment as she was severely in pain, vomiting, not eating food etc. Hassan Khan said he cant do anything until she gets her bloods tested .The blood tests were already booked by us after attending a previous appointment with another doctor who asked for those to be done but the earliest date available to book the test was still 7 days from now but Hassan Khan did nothing to help my moms symptoms just said have paracetamols as if my mom wasnt already. He could of requested lister to book the blood test urgently and earlier than the 7 days as my mom was on immense pain. Today 5 days have gone by with no improvementin my mom health and my mom is at the emergency in lister. All could of been avoided by this dr Hassan Khan .
