Dr Ajay Shah

Have been with a few different doctor surgeries growing up & I can honestly say this is the best one I've ever been with everytime I call a receptionist is always polite & always has time for me (and my numerous questions) Recently had a few rough days with my young son who had to attend the children's hospital - after leaving & being back at home my son's condition did not improve so thinking about going back to the children's I called & spoke to a receptionist (Laura - long blonde hair) who again as usual always has the time for me never rushes me & actually listens to me which goes a long way when you're worried or need advice - passing on my concerns to Dr Shah he contracted me when he was due to go home instead of the booked telephone call we had the following morning - as my son had taken a covid test & the result was negative he asked me to bring my son into the surgery straight away to examine him - entering the practice Dr Shah examined my son & we came to a result in what we should next I left feeling confident which also calmed my aniexty - taking his advice has helped & my son is now still making progress & we have so far hopefully it continues haven't needed to attend the children's hospital again especially in these times & the waiting hours it's not really the time & place we would want to be - he prescribed my son some antibiotics not only that he listened to me through the consultation & answered all of my questions leaving me satisfied Dr Shah did not need to call me that evening neither see my son for an examination but he went above & beyond for which at that very scary time being a first time parent to a very young child me & my partner are very very thankful & we feel the same towards Laura the receptionist who went out of her way to address her concerns which led to Dr Shah contacting me They're are both an absolute credit - not all doctor's surgeries ones I certainly have been registered with have or would of gone out of their way to help us in our hour of need Both are a massive credit thank you both very very much! been here since was little and was doc vora doctors with house, since they made it bigger you can hardky get a appoinment and you never see same doctor and running late. they do scans here to.
