Blue Wing, Dr Miller and Partners

Ive had nothing but excellent care provided by this practice. Much better than some of the others in the building

This practice is scarily lacking. Dr miller having been in court cases for malpractice still refuses to give eye contact, perform a physical exam or allow an appointment to run longer than 3 minutes. Reception staff are not empathetic and misinformed with their go to response being we have over 1000 patients and are busy Some Dr's are OK however need to pass everything through an incompetent Dr miller which has resulted in 4 specialist referrals being "forgot" to be put through, judgemental with regards to mental health and I actually had one of my better appointments through a locum. I would stay away from this surgery in all honesty as it is not only failing patients but doesn't keep any sort of cleanliness or order in general.
