        Not a very helpful surgery at all!! You say on your website, you can supply help for people who are 'away from home' yet you were not helpful at all when i said my 3 year old son was poorly. I got told there's a 'walk in' centre in Bishop by a lady who didn't seem to have a clue what she was talkingabout....meaning....go to A and E.

        Having a lot of problems with staff not listening to what you telling them . Husband said today do you no my mother has died, one member of staff laughed and sad yes we do. This used to be a good doctor's but now not at all

        Has been my family doctors since I was born. Always had an amazing service from the doctors and nurses. Receptionists are helpful and having the Pharmacy on site is a godsend. The only minor complaint is that it's cash payment only for prescriptions - card or contactless, especially with Covid would be massively appreciated. Getting an appointment is no trouble, can generally book in advance where my partner's surgery you can only book an appointment on the day. Well done to everyone there for the hard work and commitment.
