Although I have only managed to get telephone consultations with Dr Donati (3 in total over the last few months) and he has been extremely helpful. I have never felt rushed, he has listened and in my opinion is exactly how a doctor should be. I could sense his slight frustration that I was still waiting for an appointment after a referral that had been made following a blood test result. However he advised me what to do to put my mind at rest and I managed to get seen. My experience with the Nurse (Emma) for my blood test was great too. The only slight issue I had was waiting for 45 mins to get through on the phone (one afternoon) to book the blood test and a slight delay with my repeat prescription which was resolved quickly by email. Overall, it looks like things might finally be going in the right direction with service from the surgery. Thank you.

Online form filled out, contacted the same day by a GP and offered an appointment 2 days later. Can't fault the service

To the SGP manager , when calling you why do your receptionists sitting at the front desk with telephones ! So Why have you trained them to aggravate you by refusing to answer in the 1st 20 seconds an ignoring them for ever till they can ve bothered to answer
