        Marham surgery is an absolute shambles of a place. I went Norwich 3 weeks ago for an ultrasound on my liver to be told you will have your results in 2 weeks at your local surgery. So gave marham benefit of the doubt only to ring 2 weeks later saying no one had viewed your medical record but we have had them over a week. So I gave them another week to view them only to ring them to them say the same thing no one has viewed them still and to ring back tomorrow. So rang today to be told oh someone will call you in your preferred contact number. Will believe it when I see it.

        So I have blocked ears, and not due to wax. Yet I have to do a telephone call appointment even tho I can hardly hear, this is after I never got a reply from surgery about bloodtests and xrays I had done. Ery very poor service
