Took time off work to get the kenalog injection. When I got there was told I was not eligible as I had just had a covid jab. Was told they should have asked when booking me in. Getting the simple things wrong is a bit worrying for medical practitioners.

If I could give more stars I would gladly do so. We needed to get a Fit to Fly Covid test and needed it quickly. Tessa and Emma were so helpful and friendly and went way above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful for the phone call from Emma just to put my mind to rest and Tessa for sorting out the technical issue. Thank you to you all, we are finally at the Airport waiting for our gate number to be called. You are all amazing
