        Well for the 2nd time, called the surgery at 12 pm as I was told too When I called( 6th in line) spoken to the receptionist who said all the call backs and appts have gone and ring 111! Commutity care at its best

        Having my own experiences of visiting Fairfield Surgery, three times in these last 10 days, I must say how very consideate, helpful, polite and friendly all the receptionists were towards my self, nothing to much trouble for either of them. Well done

        I'd give no stars if I could. Absolutely shocking GP. You don't get to see a doctor and more often than not, not even a nurse. They cannot be bothered, no duty of care. I know the NHS is under pressure but thus is just shoddy, no wonder you can't get any space at any other llanelli practise. Disgusted and enraged to say the least.
