The doctor I saw is unkind and unhappy and dictatorial. Anything I said he turned away or interrupted me. My opinion was waved away as of being no importance. Patients should be seen and not heard it appeared. I changed surgeries and now have a nice doctor who discusses things with me and I trust what he says

I attended this surgery as an unregistered patient, following an accident on holiday which needed medical treatment but not A&E. I was impressed by my contact with the reception staff, who booked me in with the Practice Nurse. The Nurse was very professional and immediately said she needed the assistance of a Doctor. Doctor Julie, had excellent patient management skills, she calmed me, reassured me, anaethatised me, then sorted my problem. I am always in awe of the NHS, but this practice and its team, are surely operating at the peak of professionalism. Thank you very much.
