Avoid at all cost and let this surgery close. It's useless to have a surgery that can NEVER see it's patients! Shut it down plz and open your private clinic!

Spent 2 weeks trying to get an appointment to continuously get fobbed off as call back tomorrow at 8am and low and behold, Im always the person whos just missed out on all appts that day.
Daughter had a severe cough (6 months old!) and was told ah its just a cold. 2 days later were in A&E and shes been diagnosed with bronchitis. On that same visit, she had a severe rash on her including her tongue, hands and feet. I instantly said its foot and mouth, but was just told nah babies just get rashes sometimes. Lo and behold, she was diagnosed with hand foot and mouth. Ive complained about the misdiagnosis and shock; have had no follow up.
Honestly dont waste your time here. Find a surgery that youll get proper care from and actually have receptionists who at least know how to fake a smile.

1. Couldn't diagnose my sons glue ear.
2. Refuses to conduct blood tests and cardio tests based on a private referral
3. Unable to pass on medical records without being chased, despite receiving communications stating the request is being processed...."oh what request?"
4. They want to charge me 58 to release my medical records. Of course, they didnt contact me with this new information. Following a very helpful call with the patients association, I have been given guidance on this. GDPR means I am entitled to receive and share my medical records for FREE.
I'm sure they're doing great meeting their budgets though.
