        Have used the e-consult a few times for myself and it has worked well speaking to a doctor within 2 days. Recently my daughter needed an urgent medical appointment and was seen by the Advanced Nurse Practitioner who was extremely efficient and caring. We were told we needed to go straight to A & E. My daughter spent a couple of days in hospital and the Advanced Nurse Practitioner called her when she was home to see how she was doing and said if she needed any advice or support she was there for her. Very reassuring .

        The worst doctor's surgery I have ever had the displeasure of using. Was left waiting for a call for three days with an infection - which then led to a chronic condition - and had to swap surgeries. No online bookings. Rude staff. I rarely leave reviews but this needed it. Avoid at all costs.

        They are the rudest reception staff I have ever dealt with. This is an example of a Dr surgery where the front-line staff believe theyre in charge. The lack of empathy toward Patients is staggering. Every time you call, its a fight rather than a pleasant experience
