My family have been using this gp surgery for many years. Service from doctors, nurses and receptionists is excellent.

Cant thank the receptionist and medical team enough for their kind and absolutely efficient help when needed. So very grateful

I have been a patient at the surgery for 30 plus years and always found Dr Jackson to be a difficult person. Other doctors who have worked at the surgery have been fine and I have managed to mostly avoid seeing Dr Jackson himself. Unfortunately yesterday I had a very disturbing experience with this person and have therefore now left and registered with a different practice.

always very helpful. can be a tad "relaxed" when it comes to repeat prescriptions but i've always felt well treated during visits. getting appointments never an issue. EDIT: an updated review after recent experiences. i have been the recipient of a repeat prescription for some time and "usually", this went well. however on a number of occasions these have gone missing, despite my having supplied the surgery with a set of stamped/addressed envelopes for sending the prescriptions to the pharmacy. it was demonstrably the fact that on at least 1 occasion, the prescription had been sent to the wrong pharmacy...ie, the surgery had somehow put the prescription in the wrong envelope. this has happened again recently. on phoning to enquire about this, i found myself talking with a very abrasive and aggressive practice manager, who *refused* to send out another prescription. this left me in a pretty vulnerable position and had it not been for the help of the pharmacy, i would have run out of medication. i was told that i would have to go and collect the prescription from the surgery, a thing which is not entirely convenient. upshot...i am doing what i should have done some time ago. moving. and i will seek to lodge a complaint with the Glasgow Health Board, though i don't imagine anything will happen as a result of that!

It's great to be able to get a quick appointment with the surgery - really value that.
