        I dont actually want to give a 5 star review because Id like to keep this place as a best kept secret. I cant believe anyone has given this place 1 star so I had to have my say. I have been with this surgery for years now and the level of support is second to none. First of all the receptionists are exceptional, I am always able to get an appointment and mostly on the same day I call. My Dr is amazing and I just feel so very lucky to have a friendly, efficient, team looking after me and my family. 5 stars isnt enough Id give them 10 if I could.

        The best GP practice. All staff are so caring and always make the time. Appointments are always given in good time and the reception team is brilliant. I've been with Links Road Surgery for over 15 years and I'm so grateful to them!

        Do not recommend this surgery!!!!! The GPs constantly undermine any signs of mental health symptoms and act like they dont believe in Mental health issues. Particularly Dr.Ebbage, who is very condescending and dismissive. And the receptionists are extremely rude and one of them once laughed when I told them I was struggling with my mental health. I feel extremely hurt by the lack of sensitivity from professional health workers!!

        Awful service at this doctors now .. if you can get through to them normally after 10-15 tries the first thing the receptionist asks you is whats wrong with you ? What happened to doctor patient confidentiality ??? Why must a receptionist know whats wrong ?? Then they try and out you through to Tom the paramedic !!! Why would I ring the doctor just to speak to a paramedic ?????? Then if your granted access to a doctor your in and out within 5 mins !! Ive been waiting for an mri since September last year but you get nothing from them .. too busy to chase up your appointment now my pain has spread to the other side as well Ive tried calling at 12-30 and the answer phone message said call back after 2 pm . Awful doctors in my opinion
