Ball Tree Surgery

Absolutely appalling receptionist. Make you feel incredibly small and beg for a gp appointment. I wanted to book a pre bookable appointment for my child but was told to call at 8 am the next day as no pre bookable appointments for the next few weeks. Although when you call at 8am if you should be so lucky to speak to someone and its not an emergancy then there's no appointments and you go round in circles. I can't understand the need to lie and why they try and withhold appointments especially for a child.

Hard to get an appointment as is the case everywhere unfortunately, but I cannot fault any one at this surgery whasover. Everyone Dr, nurse and receptionist has been understanding, respectful, and really do care about what they do. Dr Ellwood, Dr Anja and everyone else I have dealt with are an asset to the NHS.

Always found them to be caring and considerate, have never had a problem getting a same day appointment if it was an urgent issue, whether by phone or face to face, which is a phenomenal achievement considering the huge amount of stress they are under. Well done Ball Tree.
