        I'm a healthcare professional who dealing with GP practices daily basis, I spoken to one of the receptionist in this practice today. She was very rude and very unprofessional and she hang up on me before I ask for her name. Don't know how she became a receptionist. I can imagine how she speak to her patients if she speak to healthcare professionals this way.

        Just wanted to thank the surgery for the professional and effective way they organised the flu injections this year. I felt very safe, no hanging about, receptionists, doctors, nurses all in the Church Hall ready for us- social distancing, in one door - out another - a brilliant venue and hardwork to plan - Well done to everyone.
