        I rarely ring the GP because I never want to bother them. I rang feeling very unwell on the lead up to Christmas so I thought Id ring to see if they could do anything. When someone finally answered the phone, I was greeted with a passive aggressive, condescending girl. Ignorant customer service.

        Doctors and nurses are great but due to the sheer number of patients it's extremely hard to get an appointment and the window to book an appointment is small

        Can never get an appointment constantly covid clinic they don't care even if it's for the child instead for the last year unless I've spoken to 2 specific doctors I've ended up going to out of hours or A&E is it any wonder the hospitals are swamped when the gp surgery's are failing to support

        Would give 0 stars if optional. Avoid this surgery! Staff don't seem to care and you just get hung up on every time you try and get through (some secretarys can't be asked doing their jobs)
