I've just had a yearly review with Joanne Mason followed up by a phone call from Rebekah Fenwick & found the 2 of them very helpful. me.

I have the highest praise of the quality of the doctors in this practice over the years. Caring and compassionate. Some doctors have made a big difference over the years. I feel the whole system is about to crash in the NHS and doctors at the surgery are often left picking up the pieces. Everyone everywhere is working so hard but overloaded. Needs better organisation throughout the NHS. I'm failed by the NHS but picked up by a very good doctor at your surgery via a good receptionist. The new modern tech isn't for the older generation and better communication between surgeries and patients for this new system might help but also be aware they might not be or ever will be, computer savvy. No one to be left out in this modern tech world. The receptionists sometimes let down this practice as so overloaded but not intentionally. They too must despair at the overload but always polite. The desperation of passing messages on, ring back tomorrow or 2 days time, ring back constantly busy, ring back too busy or ring 111. Two that stand out in recent weeks are Rachel (knew the correct doctor I need to be directed to, most important with my problem ) and Amy (compassionate life saving). Continuity is important. Be the person that makes a difference to a patients care. With a bit of training and better communication with everyone (us patients included), this would make this a surgery a place I'd highly recommend to others because the staff are lovely and doctors know their job inside out.
