Good and helpful Staff

No staff on a Saturday so what's the point of being open on a Saturday.

Unusual working hours. Only open a couple of hours during the day

The only indian bank in scotland. Full fledged bank. However, the timing is very inconvenient and too many paper work for even simple operations.

Dreadful customer service - employee was very unprofessional on the phone call and did not resolve my query.

Was in to set up mobile banking, faultless service & the staff members were patient & professional to run a couple of oldies through the steps to set it up.

Popped in here to open an account and the girl told me to do it online. Just lazy ignorant staff. Opened an account with tsb in shettleston who were happy to help.

The ATMs are open but the branch has a sign up confirming that it is temporarily closed
