        David Ralston was very helpful a d understanding when opening my mothers account on office had plenty of time for me and my mum very pleasant manager

        The male staff was extremely rude to my relative and myself when putting cash to the machine. He lectured us about being incompetent of putting cash into the machine, even thought we were going to straighten the notes. He then proceeded to lecture me to keep my notes from folding, in my wallet. He made the situation even awkward and we felt uncomfortable and frustrated because he didnt even apologised he just walked back to his office and grabbing my money from my relative hand without asking for permission to touch our money. Fortunately, he gave back my money but during that situation I was in disbelief because of his unprofessional behaviour and actions towards us in the store. As well as I do not know why he has a reason to come out of his office when we already know how to put money in a machine. Honestly, will not be coming back to this bank of Scotland branch again due to the staff unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour.
