        I am so glad I do not bank here. I found someones TSB bank card and have spent HOURS trying to report this to a branch both by the chat and telephone facilities. Impossible. Everything is automated and ,since I am not a customer , I cant log in.

        Absolutely unhelpful! They tell you to sit down so you can watch them for chatting with each other about their weekend for a good 30-40 minutes in an empty bank.
