The BOS are clearly skint and don't seem to prioritise the Shawlands branch at all. Extremely understaffed and always queued no matter what time of the day. Albeit some of the staff are friendly the place is basically falling apart and it can take 20 minutes to complete the simplest of tasks. Need some regional managers in to give this place a spruce and sort things out asap... or just stick to Barclays.

25 mins if my life wasted I will never get back. Same story too many times. 1 Teller working, Other staff chatting away. Auto pay in machine broken again. Other customers gave up and left before me I despair this Shawlands branch. Customer service ? Not.1/5

The Old white granny teller with glasses and white hair has no respect or manners in how to speak to customers farran I think her name is. Basically youll receive full customer service if you are not a young asian male
