The Co-operative Bank - Glasgow

There is no information regarding Easter opening times. Very frustrating if you need to visit the bank. Staff are fantastic in Glasgow branch but bank needs to be more proactive on keeping customers up to date with bank holiday opening times.

I have been a customer of the bank for over 20 years. I've had a savings account and for the last 19 years, a credit card. Regarding the credit card I have always payed the balance IN FULL every month. Today I called to resolve the issue of having payed for a holiday, I would like to raise my credit limit by 500. My application was rejected because my credit wasn't good enough!!! I only have a credit with the coop bank. It's my only debt. Having asked to speak to a manager on more than one occasion, none was available, so I reluctantly raised a complaint which was not upheld. This all took 36 minutes on the phone. I will clear the balance and destroy the card. I will not be using the bank for anything in the future. To say I am upset and angry is an understatement. I will no longer recommend them to anyone What an appalling way to treat a loyal customer of long standing?

It is a disgrace the way the bank is every weekend it's online banking is down I've had enough off this thinking off changing bank
