Very strange experience. I went here last Thursday to obtain some stamped transaction statements for submitting to a background check. To the banks credit, the woman who processed my request on 09/03/23 did so with zero fuss. She was very polite, professional and courteous. Exactly as you'd expect. I returned today 13/03/23 needing further transaction print outs, and the experience could not have been more different. The clerk was downright rude from the offset, scowling at me, barely listened to me, antagonistic, and evidently untrained. Her immediate reaction was to fog me off telling me its not possible. I explained she was mistaken, I already had some processed from a previous visit, and perhaps it was more senior clerk whom dealt with my request last time. She then proceeded to start a bizarre and confusing argument with me about the employee structure of the branch? In one breath she wailed on about how nobody is better than her and in another said she only started two months ago therefore didnt know the rules so had to get a manager. I told her she had a terrible attitude, again she sought to drum up yet another pointless confrontation? Real chip on your shoulder character. I find it bewildering how somebody like this could be employed at a bank? I thought there was an immensely high criteria to work as a bank clerk. It honestly felt like I was at a Wetherspoons.
